Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In BS Enterprise Fuel Cost Management

With the reform of the power system and the country 's macro-control,the operating situation of power companies is becoming increasingly grim,and many companies have suffered losses.As the country vigorously promotes the development of low-carbon environmental protection policies,the rise of various types of new energy power generation,such as biomass power generation,wind power generation,hydrogen power generation,etc.,will have an impact on traditional thermal power generation.The entire thermal power industry is facing extremely challenging development opportunities.How to survive in a huge competitive environment is currently the most pressing cost issue for thermal power plants.The core of the research on this cost issue is how to help companies achieve a good situation of reducing fuel costs and turning losses into sustainable profits.Fuel costs are the most important cost of thermal power generation companies.It is necessary to study and analyze the cost management of fuel.The core purpose of fuel cost management studied in this paper is to reduce the operating cost of thermal power enterprises and improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise through effective control of fuel cost management.Based on the relevant theories and research results on the management of fuel costs,the paper studies the impact of fuel management agencies,fuel procurement processes,fuel inventory methods and blending methods on fuel costs,and clarifies the most effective way to reduce the operating costs of thermal power enterprises It is still the management and control of fuel costs.Based on this,an optimization plan for fuel cost reduction is proposed from a theoretical point of view,which makes the management strategy for fuel cost management more clear.BS enterprise is a state-owned thermal power enterprise.This article takes BS enterprise as the research object.First,it describes the current status of BS enterprise fuel cost management through field investigation,and summarizes BS enterprise by consulting literature,statistical data,and interviews with relevant professional and technical personnel.The internal fuel cost management has major problems such as weak fuel management system,unreasonable coal procurement,inaccurate inventory control,and unscientific coal consumption.Second,it uses cost management-related theories,combined with the practice of thermal power companies,to analyze the reasons for its formation;and finally After furtherfinding the cost controllable points,four key aspects of cost management improvement methods such as improving the fuel management system,optimizing the procurement system,establishing a digital coal yard,and deepening the blending model were proposed,and by building corresponding mechanisms and corporate cultural measures Provide guarantees to achieve the management purpose of optimizing the fuel cost of BS companies.
