In recent years,with the development of China power industry, the resource of electriccoal is in short supply.Even the design coal for power plant boiler is specific selection, is thebest burning forb the coal boiler. In fact the market supply and transport conditionsmake thereare some difference of the power plant fuel supply and design. Two sets of LD power plantboiler designed coal is Shanxi anthracite coal, but completely use this designed coal has greatdifficulty. Therefore, in order to save cost and maintain the original operationalefficiency, LDpower plant need to purchase different kinds of coal from market for blending,inorder to meetthe needs of unit operation, to fully study the economic and technological management.Blended off design coal is a complex physical and chemical process of the boiler, thecombustion process of pulverized coal, the interaction in the pulverized coal of different kindsof coal,they restrict each other, so the mixed coal show different combustion economiccharacteristics from the designed coal. There are many factors affecting the coal, the selectionof collocation and the ratio of blended non designed coal economy of the important influencefactors.The economic operation is particularly important. LD power plant in order to solve theproblem of blending the off design coal, the combustion test in order to prove the feasibilityand economy of the boiler combustion of mixed coal. This paper analyzes that during the LD135MW boiler blending off design coal,the relevant economic and technical data of the coalfuel characteristics, combustion test and actual operating conditions, and obtained someuseful conclusions. According to this conclusions,propose some measures coal blendingoptimization study of economy in LD power plant.This paper mainly uses the experimental research method and combining with the relatedtheories,studied the LD135MW power plant boiler burning off design coal adjustmentmethod.With the design and analysis of the variables of the off design coal economy model,and established the combustion of mixed coal economy model, analysis the economy of thrcollocation and proportion in different coal kind, explore suitable furnace coal, the boiler cangreatly adapt coal changes and improve LD,135MW Power Boiler Blended with off designcoal economy problem.According to the experiment data and the results, andcombined with the situation of LDpower plant’s practical application, find a rational Boiler Blended with off design coaleconomy technology and optimization of operation mode, and effectively improve the economy of blending of non designed coal, at the same time from operation adjustmenteffectively reduce the unfavorable factors of blended off design coal, so that the boilerblended with off design coal and selected the properly ration, operation mode of boilercombustion, and the operation can be reached or approached the design condition.
