With the continuous progress of the society,the world economy develops rapidly and the population keeps growing,especially the rapid social development in China.Energy has become the main contradiction of development.The world's demand for energy is getting more and more high-quality,which leads to the gradual reduction of global fossil energy,because of the increasing environmental pollution caused by carbon emissions.As a big country of coal production and consumption,China is also one of the countries with coal as the main energy source in the world.At present,in China's energy production and consumption.non-renewable coal energy accounts for 75%of the existing energy consumption.Such a basic situation has caused serious air pollution in China,and coal combustion has become the initiator of air pollution in China.Therefore,under the policy of low-carbon economy,China needs to vigorously develop clean energy and renewable energy(such as solar,wind,biomass,geothermal and Marine energy)Solar energy will replace hundreds of millions of fossil fuels worldwide in the 21st century.Solar energy has its unique environment friendliness,and all countries give preferential support in policy,direct or venture investment.Many photovoltaic projects have also been established around the world,many of which are megawatt plants with huge investment.This paper takes the investment decision of NG30MW Photovoltaic(PV)project as the research object,and establishes the investment decision model of PV power station project based on binary semantic AHP on the premise of consulting relevant materials and literatures at home and abroad.The influencing factors of photovoltaic power station project are analyzed from six perspectives,namely policy,economy,mark,technology,nature and operation.There are 6 primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators.Then it analyzes the potential risk factors in the investment process of photovoltaic power station project,and then improves the investment decision system,and establishes a perfect investment decision model for the investment decision analysis of photovoltaic power station project.The feasibility of the investment decision model of NG30MW photovoltaic power station project is verified through an example analysis.
