| In the first ten years of this century,the Output Value of the Construction Industry had maintained a rapid growth of more than 20%per year.In recent years,with the normalization of the "Houses for living in and not for speculative investment" macro policy,it is difficult for the Construction Industry to maintain the high growth rate of the early century.At the same time,many problems have gradually emerged,such as rising labor costs and environmental protection issues.On the other hand,the scope of cities is getting larger and larger,and residents have higher and higher requirements for establishment and management.But urban construction technology and management methods have not kept pace with the development of information technology.In this context,BIM emerges from time to time.Utilizing BIM for well-managed projects not only improves the design quality,shortens the construction period,saves engineering expenses,but also improves the management efficiency and level during the operation and maintenance phase.BIM enables the smooth integration of information between the stages of design,construction,operation and maintenance.This article explores and researches municipal BIM design from three aspects:(1)Cognitive level.How to understand BIM?What are the difficulties of BIM and life cycle management?How to choose the suitable BIM software platform?(2)Software operation level.Can the selected software platform provide a solution?How to create a localized component library?(3)Future prospects.What are the obstacles to BIM?Where does the main driving force of development come from?How can all parties promote the development of BIM technology?This article takes the problems existing in the BIM design of the municipal transportation industry as a starting point,combined with specific project cases,analyzing the solution of BIM software in the design of municipal transportation,analyzing the future development direction,and puting forward suggestions to the project participants. |
