High-speed catenary has the characteristics of multi-line,point length,complex environment and high failure rate,and has high requirements for design,construction,operation and maintenance.With the development of railway informatization,information technology with BIM as the core has gradually become an important means to improve the production management level of the entire life cycle of high-speed catenary.However,due to the late start of the BIM application research of the catenary,at this stage,the high-speed rail catenary is still faced with problems such as disconnection of design,construction,operation and maintenance,severe information island and information loss,and lack of communication and cooperation among the participants.In view of the above problems,this paper applies Building Information Modeling to carry out the Information model of high-speed rail catenary and the application research of the whole life cycle.The specific research contents and innovative achievements are as follows:(1)BIM-based information model overall framework of high-speed catenary is proposedIn this paper,the main contents and characteristics of the whole life cycle management of high-speed catenary are analyzed,and the framework of high-speed catenary whole life cycle management is summarized.This paper classifies high-speed railway catenary information from the aspects of entity dimension,time dimension,subject dimension,version dimension and type dimension,and proposes the overall framework of BIM-based high-speed railway catenary information model.After an in-depth study of IFC standards,propertysets of identity information,positioning information and technical information of high-speed railway catenary BIM model were defined by utilizing the dynamic expansion mechanism of IFC standards,and the data structure of high-speed catenary BIM model based on IFC standards was designed to realize the standardization of high-speed catenary BIM data structure.This paper studies the database storage technology of BIM model for high-speed catenary,and realizes the storage of structured IFC data and unstructured document data of high-speed catenary with NoSQL database MongoDB,which provides an effective solution for the integration and sharing management of massive BIM data.(2)BIM-based collaborative design method for high-speed catenary is proposedThe concept model of BIM-based collaborative design for high-speed catenary was put forward,the BIM parametric modeling technology of high-speed catenary was studied in depth,the BIM component database management platform of high-speed catenary was developed,and the parameter makeup and matching of catenary BIM model was realized.BIM-based design audit technology of high-speed catenary is studied and the BIM audit process is established.Designed the BIM collaborative design process within and between the specialties of high-speed railway catenary,and developed BIM-based collaborative design workflow management module based on workflow technology.(3)BIM-based digitized construction technology of high-speed catenary is proposedThis paper analyzes the connotation of BIM-based digital construction management of high-speed catenary,and puts forward the overall framework of digital construction management of high-speed railway catenary based on BIM technology.Secondly,establish catenary construction schedule,cost and quality WBS decomposition structure and coding system.Then,the automatic generation method of construction BIM model for catenary of high-speed railway was proposed,and the automatic generation technology of construction BIM model was studied to realize the automatic generation of construction BIM model.BIM-based construction schedule management and cost management method of high-speed catenary are proposed,and the workflow of BIM-based construction schedule management and cost management is designed.This paper deeply studied the BIM-based cantilever structure preassembly technology,designed BIM-based workflow and platform of cantilever preassembly,and verified by experiments that the installation error of wrist arm structure was effectively reduced and the work efficiency was improved.(4)BIM-based digital delivery technology for intelligent operation and maintenance of high-speed catenary is proposedThis paper analyzes the operation and maintenance management of high-speed catenary,and establishes the basic structure of high-speed catenary delivery BIM model,providing support for the creation,acquisition,delivery and reuse of delivery information.Data format of high-speed catenary BIM delivery information was proposed based on SpreadXML format.This paper designs the BIM-based delivery process of high-speed catenary.The BIM-based maintenance and emergency management workflow of high-speed catenary is designed,so as to provide effective support for the implementation of intelligent operation and maintenance management.
