mechanical equipment.Surface texture technology has been widely used in various friction pairs Medium,used to reduce friction,reduce wear and improve load carrying capacity.But in the friction pair gap,not only the lubricant and the friction pair wall surface,there may also be artificially added solid particles,intrusive dust,or particles that are worn off by the friction pair.In view of the imperfection of the current particle motion and wear theory in the coupling field of micro-textured friction pairs,the mechanism of the action of abrasive particles on the wear characteristics of the friction pair of the texture under liquid-solid two-phase flow conditions is mainly studied.The research of particle behavior prediction in friction pair,friction pair wear model and anti-pollution mechanism has important reference significance.The main research work of the paper is as follows:1)The fluid structure coupling model of textured friction pair is established,and the analytical expression of wear amount when the particle size exceeds the gap thickness of friction pair is derived.In this paper,the theoretical models of continuous phase control equation and discrete phase control equation are studied,and the motion behavior and interaction of two-phase flow are analyzed.Based on the elastic deformation behavior of particle surface and neglecting the effect of fluid phase,and based on the elastic-plastic contact theory of particles,the wear calculation formula between particles and micro texture friction pairs is deduced,and the number of particles,the length of micro texture friction pairs,the area ratio of micro texture,the elastic model of particles and The influence of elastic modulus of friction pair on the amount of wear.The results show that the wear amount increases linearly with the increase of the number of particles and the length of the friction pair,decreases linearly with the increase of the area ratio of the micro texture,decreases linearly with the increase of the elastic modulus of the particles,and almost does not change with the increase of the elastic modulus of the friction pair.2)Considering the constraints of the combination of texture and abrasive morphology parameters on the optimal parameters,a human scaling model based on similarity theory is proposed.Based on the theory of particle stress-strain and interaction force,a discrete phase similarity model is established,which is characterized by geometric similarity,mechanical similarity and dynamic similarity by scale factor,and is based on the international system of units The power addition of the scaling ratio is used to deduce the variables,and the dimension analysis table is established.3)The numerical simulation method of coupling edem and fluent software is proposed,and the numerical model of flow field and wear distribution in the textured friction pair is established.Through the measurement of stacking angle experiment and the virtual calibration test of software,the physical parameters closest to the simulation and experiment are determined by comparison.The three-dimensional model of texture friction pair is established by SolidWorks software.After grid processing in ICEM,it is imported into fluent and edem software for coupling simulation.The velocity and pressure distribution of the flow field in the friction pair are analyzed:the pressure decreases gradiently from the inlet to the outlet;the fluid velocity of the friction pair gap before and after the texture is the largest.Grid bin group is set up to divide the texture friction pairs into five equal parts on average.The wear distribution of texture friction pairs is discussed:the significant degree of wear at the entrance is far greater than that at the exit,and the significant degree of wear at both sides of texture is far greater than that at the middle part.The effects of texture depth,texture half diameter,flow speed,flow angle,particle number and particle radius on the wear distribution are analyzed.The results show that the wear distribution from T1 to T5 decreases with the increase of texture depth,radius and flow angle,and increases with the increase of flow velocity,particle number and particle radius.The number of particles was monitored by the Grid Bin Group virtual geometry T5,and the transport characteristics of different particle diameters in the friction pair were explored.The results show that the relative transport efficiency of the texture depth to the friction pair gap ratio close to 1 is higher,and The transport efficiency of particles decreases with the increase of texture radius,velocity angle and particle number,and increases with the increase of velocity and particle size.4)Through the establishment of an interactive test model,the interaction rules of fluid phase,particle parameters and texture parameters on the wear of friction pairs are explored.Under the simulation model of liquid-solid two-phase flow,the influence of inlet velocity,inlet angle,particle number,particle radius,texture radius and texture depth on friction pair wear is discussed.Five parameters,texture depth(a factor),texture radius(B factor),inlet velocity(C factor),inlet angle(D factor)and particle radius(E factor),are selected The analysis of the average wear of the mixed phase textured friction pairs is made by the interaction test.The main effect factors affecting the texture friction and wear are found,and the factor level of the influence of each parameter on the wear amount is analyzed.The factors that influence the response significance of the mean value of the wear amount of the textured friction pair are:E factor>C factor>D factor>B factor>A factor.The depth of the micro texture,the angle of incidence of the fluid and the size of the particles have a significant effect on the mean value of the wear amount of the textured friction pair.With the increase of texture depth and the angle of incidence of fluid,the mean value of wear decreases gradually;with the increase of particle size,the mean value of wear increases;the influence of texture radius and flow velocity on the mean value of wear is not obvious.The analysis also shows that when factor A and factor B are low,factor C is low,factor D is low and factor E is high,the maximum wear appears Values are more likely. |
