Research On Traffic Police Management Model In Agricultural Area Under The Background Of Big Data

With the proliferation of vehicles,road congestion,road safety accidents and other issues occur frequently,the contradiction between people,vehicles and road environment is unprecedented prominent,which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for road traffic police management.In this context,countries all over the world are committed to explore effective ways to improve the level of road traffic police management,in order to adapt to the increasingly complex traffic environment and meet the requirements of public safety and comfortable travel.First of all,this paper studies the theory of public security traffic management through literature review,and combs the relationship between big data and traffic police management,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the later research;secondly,it analyzes the current situation of traffic police management in Huaihua and surrounding rural areas,and learns that local road traffic is facing new challenges and management.There are also some problems:the local road traffic is facing new challenges,and there are some problems in management.Among them,the challenge is that the traffic safety situation is still severe,the risk of road safety rebound and the risk of law enforcement are increased.At the same time,with the continuous development and application of information technology,it puts forward higher requirements for the openness of road traffic management.The problems are mainly manifested in four aspects:first,the concept of traffic police management is vague;second,there are loopholes in traffic police information processing;third,the management system and mechanism of traffic police are not perfect;fourth,the professional talents of traffic police management are insufficient.Then,from the perspective of dealing with challenges and solving problems,the paper redesigns the traffic police management mode in Huaihua area.The new model is mainly composed of four parts:first,the basic support layer.The main contents include changing work consciousness,integrating police resources,training big data analysis talents,increasing investment in material resources;the second is traffic information big data integration layer.The main contents include the determination of data source and object,the integration of data,the construction of traffic police data center database,the timely release of big data police situation,the construction of traffic police intelligence big data integrated platform;the third is the traffic big data processing layer.The main contents include the integration of core business information,comprehensive analysis and judgment,and portal presentation and release;the fourth is the command decision-making and practical application layer.Finally,the paper analyzes the effect of the new mode of traffic police management in Huaihua and surrounding rural areas,in order to determine the effectiveness of the application of the new mode.So as to make full use of big data and information technology to further improve traffic police management in the new situation.
