At present,China has become the world's largest automobile market,and the comprehensive strength of the automobile industry,the supporting capacity of the parts industry,and the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure have made obvious progress.Under the fierce competition between Chinese self-owned brands and multinational brands,automobile enterprises must expand their own operations to the international level,so as to make their product research and development,brand building and promotion better and better.When Chinese self-owned brand automobile enterprises are exploring the international market,the first problem they have to face is the choice of the entry mode of the international market.Chery,as a representative of China's auto brands,has been adhering to independent innovation since its inception,and has established a complete product positive research and development system while upgrading technology.The established ruihu,airuize and other famous products have been exported to all parts of the world.Chery not only attaches importance to the sales in the domestic market,but also sets its sights on the international market and makes full use of the strategy of "going out" to carry out international business.Chery has been open to overseas markets since 2001,choosing to operate internationally throughjoint ventures with international partners by expanding exports and setting up local factories.In the process of international operation of chery group,the choice of international market entry mode is a particularly important link,which not only promotes the development of the enterprise,but also becomes the leader of Chinese self-owned brand automobile enterprises,promoting the international operation of Chinese automobile enterprises.Therefore,the choice of market entry mode of chery group's international operation is a topic worthy of attention and research.Chery group as the research object,this article to chery group,introduces the developing course of entering the international market,combined with the influencing factors of chery to enter the international market,market entry mode of the main types of generalizations chery,targeted for effect evaluation,find the problems and put forward the corresponding optimization advice,ultimately through the chery case provides reference for Chinese independent brand car companies,to promote the internationalization of Chinese independent brand car companies to operate.
