With the awareness of the current environmental issues we face,many countries and companies are shifting rapidly towards Eco-friendlier methods to sustain energy;increasing the market potential for renewable energy institutions and leading them to expand internationally.Therefore,this research provides insight into strategic analysis and entry mode potential for solar energy enterprises to enter the United Arab Emirate's market.The main framework that was applied in this research was the international business OLI framework;focuses on three main factors.However,the OLI framework requires a wide range of data collecting of UAE's external factor to analyze the locational factor.Therefore,institutionally based view factor of the tripod strategy was conducted with the PEST analysis.Furthermore,for the internalization factor to indicate which strategic entry mode was most suitable for Solar Energy enterprises to use was measured by using the Business Decision-Making tool.Furthermore,with all the analysis that was conducted,the final result concluded that greenfield investment was the most suitable entry mode for big emerging companies to expand their business into United Arab Emirates;with the importance of focusing on the ownership advantages that will affect their capability to operate more efficiently and effectively. |
