In recent years,with the continuous growth of China’s economy,innovative technologies have been used in various fields,and the construction industry,as a pillar industry for infrastructure construction,has continued to change and innovate while steadily advancing.The traditional building construction mode has gradually shown its disadvantages.Problems such as complicated procedures,long construction periods,many potential safety hazards,and serious environmental pollution have emerged.Housing is built in an assembled manner.Will become the future development trend.In order to avoid the defects of traditional construction mode and promote the healthy development of prefabricated housing industry,it is very meaningful and valuable to study the construction risks of prefabricated housing projects.This paper identifies the construction risk of prefabricated residential projects,establishes an index evaluation system,and evaluates the construction risk based on the BP neural network to achieve the purpose of controlling wind construction risk.Firstly,by reading the literature and querying the information,understand the development status of prefabricated houses and their construction risk assessment,and define the related concepts of prefabricated houses,analyze the superiority and demand of prefabricated houses,construction characteristics,and introduce the risks.Relevant theories of neural networks.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the literature and on-site surveys,preliminary selection and classification of prefabricated house construction risk indicators,selection using Delphi expert survey method,determination of 26 construction risk evaluation indicators,and establishment of a risk index system Quantitative analysis of indicators was carried out.Finally,a BP neural network model is established to determine important parameters such as network structure,number of neurons,and transfer function.Combined with specific empirical analysis,the AHP method is used to determine the risk value and index weight of each project,and then the construction risk of the residential project is synthesized Evaluation and error analysis to determine the optimal model and formulate corresponding risk management and control measures based on the results.Through scientific and reasonable evaluation of the construction risk of prefabricated residential projects,this paper makes a new attempt to the construction risk assessment method,and provides a new approach to the government’s supervision of the prefabricated housing market.Prevention and control have certain reference significance and reference value.
