Research On Cost Risk Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Prefabricated Building Project Based On Social Network Analysis

This paper takes the relationship between cost and risk of prefabricated construction projects as the research object,and establishes a social network analysis model based on risk management,social network analysis(SNA)and other relevant theories and methods,combined with the characteristics of prefabricated construction projects.Firstly,Delphi method and literature research method are used for analysis,and a preliminary list of stakeholders and affiliated cost risk factors is obtained.Through expert interview method,cost risk factors that will appear in prefabricated construction projects are analyzed,and a preliminary list of risks is formed.In order to improve the efficiency of the analysis and research,questionnaire survey was used to calculate and analyze the impact index of the preliminary risk list,screen the top cost risk factors,and determine the final cost risk factor list.Finally,Delphi method is used to identify the correlation between cost risk factors and form the cost risk relationship matrix.Ucinet social network analysis software is used to build the social network analysis model,analyze the overall index and individual index of the cost risk social network,and identify and judge the key cost risk factors.And put forward targeted cost risk coping strategies.This paper takes X Group S project as an example,uses the social network analysis model of the cost risk of prefabricated construction project for verification and analysis,and makes analysis according to the relevant indicators of the centrality of the middle and the centrality of the approach of the social network analysis.Seven key cost risk factors such as C1R1 "poor coordination and communication among all units",C2R4 "insufficient depth of design drawings of the design unit",and C2R1 "engineering design changes of the design unit" are identified.Finally,corresponding cost risk management countermeasures are proposed according to the ideal situation and actual situation respectively.Based on the perspective of stakeholders and their cost risk relationship,this paper uses social network analysis(SNA)method to build a cost risk network analysis model,analyzes and studies the cost risk of prefabricated construction projects,further improves the theoretical methods of cost risk management,and innovates the research perspective of cost risk management.
