With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous extension of traffic routes,high pier bridges have been widely used in southwest and Northwest China with complex terrain,high mountains and valleys,forest of peaks and clusters.Based on the idea that small earthquake is not bad,medium earthquake is repairable and big earthquake is not reach,this paper puts forward the column corrugated plate high pieron the basis of column plate high pier,which is to replace the reinforced concrete plate of column plate high pier with corrugated steel plate,so as to solve the problem that it is not easy to repair the column plate high pier after earthquake.The seismic performance of high piers with column-corrugated plate is studied by time-history analysis.The specific work and research results are as follows:1)Based on the engineering background of the Zongmugou Bridge,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the full-bridge model of column-corrugated plate high pier,and the natural vibration characteristics of the high piers are analyzed and compared with the high piers of column plate.The results showed that the vibration mode of column corrugated plate high pier is basically the same as that of column plate high pier,the natural vibration period of column corrugated plate high pier is slightly higher than that of column plate high pier,and the reaction force at the bottom of column corrugated plate high pier is obviously smaller than that of column plate high pier,which provides more favorable conditions for the design of pile foundation.2)The ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the model of high pier with different plate thickness and different wavelength.The influence of the parameters of corrugated plate on the seismic performance of high pier under frequent earthquake is studied.The results show that the internal force of column corrugated plate high pier decreases with the increase of plate thickness,the displacement of pier top does not change obviously,and the change of wave length has no effect on the seismic performance of column corrugated plate high pier.3)The nonlinear finite element analysis model with different plate thickness and different wave length is established to study the influence of the parameters of corrugated plate on the seismic performance of high piers under rare earthquake.The results show that the peak value of moment and shear force of column corrugated plate high pier is at the bottom of pier,and the peak value of displacement is at the top of pier.With the increase of plate thickness,the internal force of the The results show that the peak value of moment and shear force of column corrugated plate high pier is at the bottom of pier,and the peak value of displacement is at the top of pier.With the increase of slab thickness,the internal force of high pier is decreasing,and the displacement of pier top decreases obviously,while the change of wave length has little effect on the seismic performance of high pier,and under rare earthquake,high pier is in elastic state;4)Considering the seismic performance and economy of the structure,it is suggested that the thickness and wavelength of corrugated steel plate should be 15 mm and 1260 mm respectively.5)The failure mechanism of column corrugated plate high pier under earthquake action is studied by IDA method.The results show that the corrugated plate at about 86 m high pier first enters into plasticity,then develops to the upper and lower parts.The yield moment of the top section of high pier is the first.
