Phase plan, which is the main part of the task in marshalling station has obvious shortcoming in its obtaining way by the means of traditional method. With the fast step of railway's modernization, the ADSS for the automation of compiling station's phase plan has been come up with.According to the fact of our marshalling stations, taking advantage of the system engineering, the paper details on the system of compiling phase plan and probes the ADSS's structure,funtion and achievement .And discusses some technology problems. The main task of the paper is below:Summarizes the real situation of our marshalling stations, and with the example of xuzhou station, analyse the requirement and methods of compiling marshalling stations' phase plan. Based on this, comes up with the idea of assembling all kinds of models and factitious function.From the aspect of system engineering, details on the structure and function of the phase plan compiling system, researches on the models base, methods base and knowledge base which establish the foundation for the achievement of the ADSS.Aiming for the problem of accessing data on different flats, gives some research, limns the server/client system, and based on the transferring FTP net files,uses the method of windows' sockets network programming, devises and achieves the network function, fulfill data accessing using ODBC technology.Researches and develops the man-machine dialog system. Devises the system's function and reasonable man-machine interface, discusses the framework of the phase plan compiling and adjustment system based on OOP.IncIudesing the use of DLL,the principle of diagram and coordinate system, and the management and optimization of diagram system.
