The improvement of self-driving car technology and the evolution of its in the future will make traditional highways will be randomly mixed with traditional manual driving vehicles and autonomous driving vehicles.This mixed traffic flow characteristic reflects whether the characteristics of autonomous vehicles and different drivers can affect the traditional traffic flow characteristics.Therefore,accelerating the research on the theory of mixed traffic flow has certain value in theory and practice to increase the service level of highway traffic and the practical use of autonomous driving.Based on the NaSch model,this paper analyzes the characteristics of autonomous and manual driving drivers,and establishes a corresponding improved automatic-manual driving mixed traffic flow model that takes into account driver characteristics,at the same time,relevant simulation research is carried out.The framework of this paper is and performs:(1)Based on the NaSch model,through the innovation of horizontal and vertical models of self-driving cars and manual driving cars,based on the classic cellular automata model,a new auto-manual driving mixed traffic flow model is established.Some multi-lane mixed traffic flow models analyze the characteristics of the traffic flow,and analyze the effects of different proportions of autonomous vehicles on traffic flow in mixed traffic flow.(2)Based on the improved cellular automaton model of mixed traffic flow,the driving behavior of different drivers is introduced as a parameter into the established cellular automaton model of mixed traffic flow,and the corresponding parameters are modified during simulation with Matlab software,such as different Proportion of mixed traffic,different driver characteristics,etc.,analyze and study various impacts on mixed traffic flow.By comparing the analysis of parameters such as spatio-temporal maps and average speed,it can be found that as the proportion of autonomous vehicles increases,the average speed remains relatively stable.High level,road capacity has been improved.(3)Based on an improved cellular automaton model of the hybrid auto-manual driving traffic flow considering driver characteristics,adding an energy consumption model,modifying different autonomous driving vehicle mixing ratios and driver characteristics,in the simulation process using Matlab software Modify the corresponding parameters for comparative analysis,such as different mixing ratios,different driver characteristics,etc.,to analyze and study the impact on mixed traffic flow energy consumption.
