With the rapid development of economy,China's railway is constantly speeding up,and the safety requirements for train running are getting higher and higher.If the train idles gently then the wheel and rail abrasion,serious sometimes may cause derailment accident.If the train idles gently which cause the wheel and rail abrasion,serious sometimes may cause derailment accident.Therefore,the research on adhesion control is particularly important.At the same time,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to improve the utilization rate of adhesion between train wheels and tracks.Compared with traditional three-phase asynchronous motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor has many advantages such as simple structure,high power factor and high starting torque.In this paper,the adhesive control of locomotive based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied.In this article,the theory of wheel-rail adhesion is introduced in detail,the forming process of the adhesion,the creep phenomenon and the factors affecting the adhesion coefficient are described.Two adhesion models,Kalker linear theory model and Oldrich Polach adhesion model,are derived and calculated.Secondly,the classification and discrimination methods of idling are introduced in detail.A vector control model based on SVPWM is built in MATLAB/SIMULINK,and the accuracy of the model is proved by simulation.The locomotive is simplified to a single axle model for analysis,and the single axle dynamic model,wheel/rail relationship model and locomotive transmission system model are built in MATLAB/Simulink.The adhesive controller based on PD algorithm is designed.Based on this,a simulation system of locomotive adhesion control based on permanent magnet synchronous motor is constructed.The wheel-rail relationship model was used to simulate the wet and dry track surfaces,and the adhesion control system was simulated and analyzed when the state of the track surface changed from dry to wet.The results show that the designed PD controller based on creep velocity can react quickly,effectively restrain wheelset idling and restore wheel-rail adhesion.The control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)using vector control can quickly and accurately adjust the traction motor torque according to the requirements of the controller.Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm based on creep velocity adhesion controller and PMSM vector control algorithm.
