As the spiritual pursuit of modern people is constantly improving,in addition to catering space to meet people's dining needs,it is more of an experiential marketing of dining environment.Nowadays,many time-honored brands are abandoned by the times because they do not follow the development of the times and keep upgrading.As a century old hotel and brand in Yangtai,Fuchun hotel has its own heritage value and high cultural value.In this paper,based on the regional culture of Yangtai,it is integrated into the catering space to explore the design method of "Fuchun" time-honored restaurant space reconstruction,and optimize and upgrade the time-honored brand from the perspective of vision,culture and entertainment,so that customers can experience a more comfortable and pleasant dining environment and improve the user experience.Extract the prominent architectural culture and garden design methods in Yangtai regional culture to design a new catering environment,combine the catering space with Yangtai regional culture,and explore the application design of Yangtai regional culture in the catering space.
