| In the face of the new normal of economy and the new situation of market reform,the growth of regional electricity consumption is slowing down,the market competition is intensifying,the contradiction between the efficiency and benefit of power grid operation and the rigid growth of the company’s development investment and cost is increasingly prominent,and the transformation of the company’s development mode urgently needs to introduce a new operation mechanism.In the increasingly fierce market competition,if enterprises want to occupy their own place in the market and seek their own new development,they must realize the importance of cost management,and through the continuous improvement of their own management measures,so that their own cost management measures can effectively operate,so many enterprises have realized the importance of cost management.However,the cognition of the managers in the enterprise is only on the way of squeezing the employees’ wages and reducing the production cost,and the application of this method is not conducive to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,seeking a new way of cost management has become a serious problem for enterprises.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment BJ company faces,this paper elaborates BJ company’s ideas and accounting methods of building internal simulation market,and summarizes the achievements of the work.Based on the in-depth investigation of BJ company,this paper adopts the targeted accounting method to improve the management level of the enterprise,improve the production efficiency and response speed of each link,reduce the production and operation costs of the enterprise,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.In this study,comparative analysis,literature analysis,chart combination and summary are used to study the accounting principles and assessment methods of the company’s internal simulation market model,analyze the company’s internal organizational structure,study the previous cost accounting model and management methods,find out the problems,and then analyze the feasibility of the model,and apply it,mainly through the following points: This paper analyzes the internal simulation market-oriented business accounting mode of the company,and finally draws the conclusion that the internal simulation market mode can promote the cost management of the company.After BJ company introduced the internal simulation market accounting method,the enthusiasm of employees to participate in the work has been improved,truly realizing "employees to participate in the management process of the enterprise",and through effective cost management,unnecessary expenses have been saved,and the economic benefits of the enterprise have been improved.Through the research of this paper,it is found that this wayhas a great adaptability for many enterprises,and can promote the long-term development of enterprises. |
