This paper focuses on improving the timeliness and rate of return of high-speed railway express products,it optimizes the fast freight transportation scheme under the mode of piggyback of passenger train.With the continuous construction and improvement of Chinese high-speed railway network and the growing demand for e-commerce development,it has become an inevitable trend to carry out express transportation by means of high-speed railway.What is undeniable is that Chinese high-speed rail express delivery in early stages of development at present,and its market is still in the exploit period,whether lines or vehicles design are not mature temporarily to use.with the help of high-speed railway passenger trains to delivery the express,the express mode by its low cost,high flexibility,strong operability advantages will be one of the main modes of express transportation.Therefore,based on the summary analysis about fast express,high-speed rail express and service network,on the basis of high-speed rail passenger trains,to meet express fast and high efficiency,high security and high flexibility requirements,paper will optimize express delivery scheme by matching trains with the express to maximize railway company benefit.First of all,paper briefly describes the development status and research progress of high-speed railway express,combined with the existing research results to lay a foundation for the follow-up research.Then,the paper discusses the organizational methods and characteristics of high-speed railway express delivery in passenger car piggy-ride mode,which provides reference for the development of high-speed railway express business.After that,the paper sorts out the basic ideas and characteristics of the delivery scheme,analyzes the contents and influencing factors of the delivery scheme,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the model in the following paper.In piggyback mode high-speed rail express delivery scheme optimization processes,the paper firstly focuses on "single O multiple D" delivery mode,with the aid of dynamic service network,construction of delivery scheme optimization model.Then according to the assigned characteristics and complexity of the model,the paper designs Hungarian algorithm corresponding to the model.Finally the paper uses a case to verify the rationality of the model and algorithm,the results show that the reasonable estimation of train loading capacity and goods’ delay time plays a significant role in the choice of delivery scheme.In order to further use of high speed railway spare capacity,the paper on the basis of "single O multiple D" delivery mode,with the improvement of road network complexity,in order to vividly describe the image of train status characterization,the paper by means of three dimensional space-time state network builds "multiple O multiple D" high-sped rail passenger trains delivery scheme optimization model,and the model was solved by Matlab Yalmip toolbox,which verified the effectiveness of model and algorithm.
