In the case of some high-speed rail lines with ample transportation capacity,China Railway Corporation has carried out high-speed rail express business to make up for the high construction and operation costs of high-speed railways.The practice of using remaining space of the passenger car to deliver express has the advantages of less transformation cost,lots of available trains and higher frequency of departure.It has become the main high-speed rail express transportation mode.However,the high-speed rail express mainly carries out "point-to-point" transportation from the originating station to the terminal station,and the amount of shipments at the intermediate station is very small.The demand for express delivery will continue to grow in the future,and the demand for intermediate stations is considerable.Therefore,if the shipping plan considers the express delivery demand of the intermediate station,and coordinating the demand along the line from the global optimal point of view,it can help the high-speed rail express operation enterprise to increase profits.According to the analysis of the status quo of high-speed rail express,high-speed rail express has four products,namely,the day,the second,the next day and the next day.The time limit requirements are different,but the high-speed rail express operation company adopts the "first come first served" method when shipping.There is no distinction between the shipping levels;in addition,the high-speed rail express is mainly based on the "one-stop direct" transportation from the originating station to the final station,and there is no unified distribution of the transportation capacity of the train at the end of the station and the intermediate station;The express loading capacity is affected by the passenger load factor.Through the analysis of the status quo of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail,the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail transportation capacity is abundant,but the high-aging products such as the day and the second day have not achieved full coverage.Based on the analysis of the status quo,this paper considers the short-term stop time of the high-speed rail,limited train loading space,different timeliness requirements of high-speed rail express products,etc.,and establishes the mathematical model of the high-speed rail express shipping scheme under the passenger-cargo mode.The model aims at maximizing the profit of high-speed rail express operation enterprises.Under the constraints of different time requirements of the products,station operation capacity,station stop time,train loading capacity,etc.,the decision-making of different express delivery products for all high-speed rail service stations of the whole line is carried out.Trains and distribution of traffic.The model considers the particularity of the high-speed rail express shipping program,calculates the train capacity space under different load factor,and considers the cost of escort and the different timeliness requirements of the product.Through the calculation of the model,the number of shipments,shipments,and loading and unloading sites of different time-efficient express products including each site can be obtained.This article takes the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail line as an example to design the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail express delivery plan.This paper forecasts the demand for various time-dependent products of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail express in 2025,and calculates the transportation capacity based on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed train operation data.The above data was input into Matalab and solved by genetic algorithm.The obtained shipping scheme satisfies the principle of time-first priority and sufficient capacity.After the sensitivity analysis of the shipping scheme based on the transportation capacity and transportation demand,the validity of the shipping scheme model is verified.The research content of this paper is intended to provide a theoretical basis for express delivery companies to prepare high-speed rail express shipping solutions.
