| With the development of society and the change of consumer demand,home appliance enterprises continue to adjust their business structure and extension,but their performance is quite different.Some enterprises can achieve continuous value creation,while some enterprises suffer from value impairment.Behind this phenomenon is the result of the joint action of the external environment,the resource endowment,the strategic choice and the realization path of the enterprise.This leads to a series of problems,such as whether the diversified development of home appliance enterprises can bring value growth to enterprises,how to choose the diversification strategy,and which path to achieve value growth.In view of this,based on the diversification strategy of enterprises,it has become an unavoidable problem for enterprise management to explore the motivation of diversification transformation,the driving factors of value creation,and whether the layout of diversified industries can bring value growth to enterprises.This paper takes the value management of Midea Group as an example.First of all,the development status of Midea home appliance industry and the process of Midea group’s diversified layout are combed;secondly,based on the duality theory,Midea group’s diversified operation strategy is analyzed,and the overall goal of Midea group is clarified;then,the strategic map framework is used to analyze the value management mode and value driving factors of Midea;thirdly,the performance evaluation mode of value management is used Finally,through horizontal and vertical comparison,from three aspects of value creation,value realization and value relevance,this paper analyzes and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of Midea Group’s value management means.It is found that Midea Group’s value management performance has always been leading the industry,and its value management advantages are embodied in that the product leading value orientation has established the right direction for the company’s development.Under the support of highly skilled employees and technology,cost control,independent innovation,gold medal service,and active social responsibility have directly driven its own value improvement.The Enlightenment of the study is as follows: on the one hand,the operation management,customer management,innovation management,laws and regulations and social process management form the direct support for the value management of the United States,and the human capital,information capital and organizational capital form the indirect support for the value management of the United States;on the other hand,the United States needs to continue to implement efficiency optimization measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency,pay attention to growth management,integrate the acquisition of assets to stimulate At the same time,accelerate the transformation to science and technology enterprises,layout smart home and smart manufacturing market,and cultivate new profit growth points. |
