| In the era of Internet and artificial intelligence,the traditional manufacturing industry is faced with different opportunities and challenges.The goal of sustainable development drives enterprises to strategic layout.‘Midea’ is a representative group enterprise in the household appliance industry.Since its establishment,it has gradually carried out diversified strategies,ranging from related diversification of single products to vertical integration layout of industrial chain,and then to the strategy of ‘double intelligence’ and ‘Industrial Internet’.Diversification strategy has inestimable value to the development of ‘Midea’,and the strategic layout and implementation of ‘Midea’ on diversification has never stopped.With the rapid changes of political,economic,cultural and technological environment,Midea Group faces specific opportunities and challenges in implementing its diversification strategy at the current stage.It is of practical significance to analyze and evaluate the diversification strategy of Midea Group.In the first chapter,this paper summarizes the background of the topic,research situation and the research content,providing the overall outline of the research.In the second chapter,this paper summarizes the concept,types,advantages,disadvantages and evaluation methods of corporate diversification strategy to provide a theoretical basis for the relevant analysis of corporate diversification strategy.In the third chapter,through the overall introduction of the Midea Group,it’s diversification strategy history,and diversification strategy analysis of the quo,it provides the Midea Group’s diversification strategy of the relevant information;in the fourth chapter,this paper constructs the Evaluation Index System of Midea Group’s diversification strategy,summarizes the key elements,and sets up the evaluation index system by expounding the selection principle and basis of the Evaluation Index.In the fifth chapter,this article carries on the comprehensive appraisal to Midea Group’s diversification strategy,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,and through the mold and evaluation method to obtain the final evaluation results.Finally in the sixth chapter,based on the comprehensive evaluation results,this paper puts forward strategic optimization countermeasures from view of strategic direction,strategic measures,strategicmanagement and strategic implementation effect. |
