With the continuous development of the assembly-type housing industry,the research on fabricated houses at home and abroad has accelerated in recent years,and the newly-built and assembled building area in China has also grown rapidly.Among them,the economic benefits are the key factors of the assembly-type housing,and the internal and external factors affecting the economic benefit evaluation.The motivation is rich,and the selection of indicators is random;there is uncertainty in the acquisition of evaluation and calculation indicators,and the results of comprehensive evaluation are difficult to guarantee.To this end,this paper studies the uncertainty value of the influencing factor index of the economic evaluation of the prefabricated house.Combined with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,it can better deal with the characteristics of uncertainty and comprehensively evaluate the economic benefits of the assembled house.The main contents are as follows:(1)Building a multi-layer structure model is the basis for the economic benefit evaluation of fabricated houses.From the macro level of technical standardization and government policy to promote the factors,to the micro level of management diversity and intelligent design advantages of the influencing factors research and analysis;combined with literature summary and field research work to ensure the comprehensiveness of economic indicators and Representation;through the questionnaire survey work and statistical analysis of data,the conformity of the selected indicators and the high level of measurement reliability are obtained,which ensures the reliability of the establishment of the indicators and has research significance for the establishment of economic benefit evaluation indicators.(2)The index weight value is an important calculation parameter for the evaluation of the assembly house.For the problem of calculating the weight value of the impact index of the assembly benefit evaluation,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the scores of the experts in the 69 questionnaires are first calculated by the average value,and the consistency of the two groups of matrices in the five matrix is not obtained.by.Then,using the fuzzy Defi method,all 69 experts' opinions wereconsidered for the weight value calculation,and the consistency of the five groups of matrices was all passed.The two methods are used to calculate the weight value comparison analysis,and the fuzzy Defi method is used to eliminate the influence of the arithmetic mean value one-sidedness on the assembly economic benefit evaluation.The results show that the proportion of policy factors at the macro level and design factors at the micro level is slightly larger,and it is concluded that policy and design dominate.The major differences in the weight of the secondary indicators are:the safe and practical beautiful weight value is 0.2912,the application weight of the information management platform is 0.3179,the shortage of specialization personnel and the equipment weight is 0.3001,and the supervision mechanism is not perfect.The caution weight value is 0.2899;This shows that it is proposed to strengthen the influence of the above four aspects in the actual application of production.(3)Combine the weighted index calculated in Chapter 3 and two actual engineering cases as examples.Computational analysis shows that in case one,the policy is slightly lower.Enterprises need to actively respond to national policies.The successful application of prefabricated buildings in countries with mature industries is crucial.It can be seen that good economic and efficiency needs national policies as support.Case two has no obvious technical advantages.The economic benefits of the project are average,and the best prefabricated level of technology is put forward.The direct comprehensive evaluation of indicator weights and cases is of great significance to the comprehensive evaluation of related prefabricated residential projects.
