With the development of science and technology,there are more and more application scenarios of electric energy.The use of various types of loads has led to a decline in power quality,especially the impact of some non-linear loads and shock loads on power quality.Various problems caused by the decline in power quality have led researchers to carry out relevant research on power quality,but there is relatively little research on the location of power quality disturbance sources.In order to identify the source of power quality disturbances,improve the power quality level,and reduce the risk of power system operation and economic losses,the location of disturbance sources should be located in a timely manner.The existing power quality disturbance source positioning method still has some shortcomings,and needs to be continuously studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing disturbance source localization methods,this paper proposes a power quality disturbance source localization method based on ant colony algorithm.The application and advantages of ant colony algorithm in optimization problems are studied.Solve the problem of locating disturbance sources.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The basic principles of the ant colony algorithm are explained through the foraging behavior of the ant colony,and the principles of path selection,pheromone release and update of the ant colony algorithm are analyzed by taking the traveling salesman problem as an example.Finally,the advantages of ant colony algorithm in solving such problems are summarized.(2)Based on the distribution network topology structure,a mathematical model for the location of disturbance sources is established,and the problem of locating disturbance sources of power quality in the distribution network is transformed into a model for solving the traveling salesman problem,and the location of disturbance sources is considered as a global optimization problem.First,the power quality disturbance direction signal is encoded,the evaluation function is set,and the parameters are set.Then,the positive feedback characteristics and fault tolerance of the ant colony algorithm are used to realize the fast and accurate location of the power quality disturbance source.(3)A program written by Matlab is used to simulate the disturbance source positioning method based on ant colony algorithm.Simulate the location of disturbance sources at different locations in distribution networks with different topologies,and analyze the impact of the reliability of the disturbance direction information on the location of disturbance sources at the same location.Finally,the simulation is compared with other algorithms.Simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can quickly and effectively locate the location of the disturbance source.The power quality disturbance source positioning method based on ant colony algorithm proposed in this paper is feasible and effective.The research results show that the method can not only locate the disturbance source when the disturbance direction information is completely correct,but also can accurately locate the disturbance source when the disturbance direction information contains misjudgment or distortion signals,and has certain fault tolerance ability.Compared with other intelligent algorithms,the time is shorter and the accuracy is higher.
