In recent years,traditional wooden houses in West Hubei have become increasingly dilapidated,living facilities can not able for the daily needs of residents,living conditions are bad,"hollow village" problem is serious,the village is also facing the trend of dying out.Although the government has paid more attention to it and,but it has not given enough consideration to the practical habitability of residents,and the effect of reconstruction is not satisfactory.In this paper,the problem of Livability is examined from the point of view of the residents,and the evaluation system of the livability of the traditional wood-frame dwellings in the traditional villages of western Hubei is established.The results were analyzed to find out the most inhospitable factors,and then improved by the method of prediction,and put forward a feasible reconstruction program.This thesis focuses on the following four aspects:1)Combing the domestic and foreign livable literature,elaborating the development status of traditional wood-frame houses,integrating the reconstruction strategy of woodframe houses,analyzing the theoretical support related to Livability,making full preparations for the research.2)Sorting out the evaluation system related to the residential property of buildings in our country,summarizing the standard and criterion,knowing the evaluation status of the residential property,Green Property and health property of buildings in an all-round way,extracting the evaluation indexes related to the traditional wood-framed dwellings in West Hubei,and on the basis of considering the unique architectural style of the local area,making a survey of the five traditional villages in west Hubei,distributing the questionnaire and selecting 33 evaluation factors suitable for the habitability of the traditional wood-framed buildings in west Hubei by using likert scale 5.3)Analyzing the evaluation factors,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the scope and grade scope,and then using the triangular module and the judgment Matrix to analyze each factor quantitatively,and finally establish the evaluation system of livability.4)Taking the village of Da Mao Po Ying as an example,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and evaluation of its traditional wood-frame dwellings,sorts out the evaluation results and analyzes the factors that most affect the livability,and on this basis,probes into the transformation methods of the traditional wood-frame dwellings.Taking the most typical "u-shaped" residential building in the village as an example,this paper puts forward the reconstruction scheme from the aspects of building daylighting,ventilation,energy saving and heat preservation,so as to improve its livability.Finally,the improvement of livability of traditional wood-frame houses before and after the renovation was evaluated by the method of prediction.Through the study of these four aspects,it provides the support of the evaluation system for measuring the livability of traditional wood-frame dwellings,provides reference for the research methods,and provides effective reference for the Renovation Strategy It provides the theoretical support for the livability research of other residential buildings.
