| There is a close relationship between the construction of corporate culture and the soft power of the enterprise,which embodies the internal spirit of the enterprise and has an important impact on the strategic development,internal cohesion and business execution efficiency of the enterprise.Generally speaking,corporate culture research is a hot topic in the field of social culture research,which can be regarded as a sub-culture.In the process of development and growth,enterprises need unified development goals as guidance,and also need to formulate management systems and codes of conduct to restrict employees’behavior,and carry out various business activities based on the consistent recognition of values.These goals,systems and values,as important elements of corporate culture,are also business cards to some extent.The formation of corporate culture is a kind of extensive understanding accumulated in the production and operation of enterprises.It is unanimously recognized and accepted by employees of enterprises,and actively implemented,which symbolizes a kind of material and spiritual symbols.Whether in a broad sense or in a narrow sense,the survival and development of enterprises can not be separated from the support and maintenance of corporate culture.If there is a lack of corporate culture in an enterprise,it will inevitably lack cohesion and centripetal force,which will affect its actual work execution efficiency and organizational stability.At the same time,it is meaningless and meaningless to build enterprise culture without the reality of the enterprise,and its vitality can not be reflected.This research is mainly based on the importance of corporate culture and corporate culture construction.Taking XTX Company as an example,through the detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of corporate culture construction of XTX Company,this paper explores the feasible countermeasures of corporate culture construction,laying a good and solid foundation for the sustainable development of XTX Company in the future field,as well as for the construction of corporate culture of other companies.To provide a certain reference value.There are six parts in this paper.The first part analyses the research background,purpose and current situation at home and abroad in the preface theory.Among them,the analysis of domestic and foreign research results summarizes the related research on corporate culture from 1995 to the present more than 20 years,which can help us to know the experience of domestic corporate culture construction to a certain extent.The second part is about the theoretical basis of corporate culture,which mainly involves the following aspects:the concept,function,level and construction of corporate culture.Combining the existing research results and the current practice of corporate culture construction,the related concepts are sorted out in detail.The third part will focus on the current situation of XTX company’s corporate culture,introduce the general situation,and then study the development basis of its corporate culture and the main practices adopted in the process of corporate culture construction.Although XTX company’s corporate culture construction has made many achievements,but there are also some problems.The fourth part focuses on the problems existing in XTX company’s corporate culture construction,mainly using questionnaire survey and grass-roots research methods,according to the statistical results of the questionnaire data and the actual situation of the survey,analysis of the main problems of its corporate culture construction,and analysis of its root causes.The fifth part,aiming at the problems and causes summarized in the previous part,puts forward several targeted improvement measures to help XTX company make up for the deficiencies of current corporate culture construction and better play the role of corporate culture for enterprise development.The last part summarizes the contents and achievements of this paper,and analyses the shortcomings of this research. |
