In recent years,China's national economy has been booming,civil aviation new rising demand,the government under the control of civil aviation form of oligopoly are gradually marketized,over the years,China's big three airlines to various provinces and cities under the China hub airport is given priority to,no dead Angle of trunk and airport auxiliary network also gradually was the meteoric rise of distinctive new airlines divide-and-conquer,social influence and status in industry constantly challenged and threats.NF Aviation H is an airline company based in a Chinese city.As a member of China's civil aviation industry,NF Aviation H is also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the context of China's sustained economic prosperity and booming civil aviation industry.Its unique historical competitive advantage has become increasingly insignificant in the market-oriented economy of civil aviation.The company has been subconsciously aware of this problem from the top to the bottom,committed to turning the situation around,and constantly exploring ways and finding ways to solve those problems.First of all,this paper makes an accurate judgment on the intangible capital of existing service quality management of NF Aviation H Company of China from the macro level.Secondly,in-depth study of its existing service quality management model,targeted to explore the possibility of problems;Then,with the help of the obtained information and relevant data analysis tools,such as gray correlation analysis method and linear regression analysis method,problems in air service quality management are determined,and feasible optimization schemes are proposed.Finally,the paper also extends its tentacles to the dynamic monitoring of H company's service quality management to ensure the long-term,sustainable and effective research.
