An electromagnet is a device that converts electrical energy into magnetic energy and then into mechanical energy.Due to its advantages such as easy control,simple mechanism,and high conversion efficiency,electromagnet products have an irreplaceable role in the industrial field.As a key stage to ensure the overall quality of the product,the quality design of the electromagnet product has an important impact on the design,manufacture and use of the electromagnet product.Therefore,this thesis is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China's project "Research on Modeling and Predictive Control Methods for Polymorphic Quality Data Flow in Complex Product Assembly Process"(Project Approval Number: 71671130).Application research provides a new reference for the quality optimization design method of electromagnet products.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The basic theory of quality optimization design of electromagnet products is introduced.Aiming at the existing literature,the research background,research significance and research status of electromagnet quality optimization design are analyzed,and the main research contents of this thesis are put forward.(2)In order to improve the accuracy of the failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)of electromagnet products,the fuzzy evaluation form of intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is applied,and the potential failure mode in FMEA analysis is combined with TOPSIS method.Sorting,evaluating the risk model of the electromagnet product FMEA,identifying the design difficulties of the electromagnet product and the potential causes of the failure of the electromagnet product,proposing solutions to improve the overall quality design level of the electromagnet product.(3)Aiming at the problem of improper design of the coil that is likely to cause the failure of the electromagnet in the cause of potential failure,through the analysis of theoretical knowledge,an optimal design of the coil design is proposed,and the entropy weight extension method is used to model and evaluate the coil design plan from the aspects of design,manufacturing and cost Analyze,establish the optimal coil design scheme,and improve the quality design level of the electromagnet coil.(4)For the potential cause of core material and iron core structure discomfort that interact with the working environment temperature,the orthogonal test optimization method is applied to the electromagnet core material,the core end taper angle and the working environment temperature.JMAG simulation analysis is carried out to determine the influence degree on the key quality characteristics,that is,the attractiveness,verify the interaction between material,angle and temperature,and find out the parameter optimization design scheme that the electromagnet product is most attractive at high temperature.
