In the increasingly competitive market environment,the development of new products has become an important means for enterprises to survive and develop.Due to the higher and higher requirements of the customers,the process of product design and development is becoming more and more complicated,and most enterprises fail to match the market in time for product renewal,which results in the development of enterprises being hindered.As a kind of product design method based on customer orientation,QFD has the development potential and application prospect,and play an important role in improving the competitiveness of products.Therefore,the research has certain practical significance and theoretical value.This paper mainly studies the following contents.First,Through the analysis of the traditional QFD method,combined with QFD and intuitionistic fuzzy number to deal with customer demand information,using Kano model,intuitionistic fuzzy clustering method and fuzzy expansion analytic hierarchy process to build customer demand quality model and determine the importance of customer demand.And then,This paper takes analyses on the correlation matrix between the customer demand and technical characteristics and the autocorrelation matrix of the technical characteristics.Through the construction of grey system,using the grey correlation method to analyze and calculate the above problems.After the correction,the importance of the technical characteristics of the product is determined.Finally,Through TRIZ theory,we find and solve the innovation problems that may arise in the process of product design,and propose innovative solutions.Introduces the intuitive fuzzy decision-making method,and uses its advantages to deal with uncertainty and multi-attribute and group decision-making,and make evaluation on product design scheme and use intuitionistic fuzzy decision method to calculate the evaluation results of product design plan and determine the optimal plan.In this paper,the integration model is validated and analyzed,and the feasibility of the method is proved by taking the automobile steering wheel as the object.At the same time,the construction of the model is beneficial to simplify the calculation process and structure of QFD method,thus shorten the period of product design,improve the competitiveness of products,and have reference and reference significance for the development of enterprises.
