Electromagnets are widely used in automated production.They are components that realize the conversion of electrical energy-magnetic energy-mechanical energy.Its main advantages are its small size,simple operation,favorable price,and low driving force.Multiple quality characteristics(QCs)refer to the unique attributes of a product,process or system.It clearly defines the technical and economic parameters,as well as the objective requirements of the products used.It is very important to study the quality optimization design of electromagnets based on the QCs.This paper on the national natural science fund project "The Process of Complicated Product Assembly Quality of Polymorphic Data Modeling and Predictive Control Method Research"(Project Approval No:71671130)for the QCs of electromagnet design method and application are studied,and the study of electromagnet QCs provides a reference method,this paper from the following several aspects:(1)Firstly,the research background and research significance of electromagnet’s QCs are explained.Then it introduces the basic theory and research methods of electromagnet QCs research.Finally,the research content of this thesis is proposed.(2)Optimization of the design scheme of electromagnet with QCs.In order to select the best design scheme of the electromagnet.Firstly,according to the customer’s needs,the QCs of the electromagnet and the corresponding values under each plan are established,and the QCs evaluation system of the electromagnet is established.Secondly,using the positive and negative bullseye gray target decision model method to calculate the positive and negative bullseye distances corresponding to the QCs under each plan.Then,combining with Mamdani fuzzy inference,the positive and negative bullseye distances are converted into the QCs index response value MPCI.Finally,the actual decision-making plan selection in the early design process is processed according to the size of the MPCI value.(3)FMEA analysis of QCs of electromagnet.Under the premise of determining the design plan,use FMEA analysis to prioritize the QCs of electromagnets.Applying foreground theory and rough set to calculate the final weighted foreground value in FMEA,and ranking it.Finally,the QC indexes that have a serious impact on the quality design of the electromagnet are identified.(4)Parameter optimization design and application method of electromagnet QCs.Aiming at the selected electromagnetic attraction and temperature rise,the two interrelated electromagnet QCs indicators.Taguchi is used to calculate the combination of these two indicators in the BBD.The signal-to-noise ratio below is combined with BBD for mathematical modeling and response surface analysis.The electromagnetic attraction is the maximum value and the temperature rise is the minimum value to select the best parameter design combination as the optimization constraint.This provides a new reference idea for solving the optimization design of QCs parameters of electromagnets that are interrelated.
