In recent years,the solar spectrum-oriented lighting source has been closer to people's requirements for healthy lighting based on satisfying visual effects.LED full-spectrum lighting has also become a new developed achievement of future semiconductor lighting.At present,the solar spectrum fitting mainly adopts the hybrid technology of different fluorescent materials,but from the perspective of materials,this method is expensive.Therefore,this paper proposes to use the existing LED light source to perform LED solar spectrum fitting according to the spectral luminous characteristics of different monochromatic leds.We mainly studies the LED full spectrum synthesis method and optimization scheme.By constructing a monochromatic LED spectrum fitting model and using a fitting optimization algorithm,we fit the AM1.5 solar spectrum to achieve LED full-spectrum illumination.Firstly,we analyze the lighting characteristics of existing lighting sources.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing illumination light source in fitting the full spectrum,selecting LED light source fits the full spectrum.The LED light source is selected for full spectrum fitting.By studying the influencing factors of LED spectral performance and technical characteristics of LED full-spectrum lighting,the problems of current LED full-spectrum lighting technology is analyzed.Secondly,research and analyzing of the method of LED spectrum synthesis.Aiming at the problem of insufficient fitting degree of the current mathematical model to characterize the monochromatic LED spectral distribution,combining with the modified Gaussian function.A fitting algorithm based on Nonlinear Least Squares is proposed.Then,in order to improve the spectral fitting accuracy,we used Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)algorithms for optimization.By spectral fitting ofmonochromatic LED with peak wavelength equal interval and non-equal interval,we finding the optimal solution for fitting monochrome LEDs with 27 different peak wavelengths.It is proved by simulation that the best combined synthetic spectrum meets the A-level standard requirements of AM1.5.In order to reduce the difficulty of engineering implementation,we decrease experiments,optimizing the type and number of LEDs required for optimal fitting.By this way,we get 17 kinds of monochrome LED combinations to achieve the fitting of the solar spectrum and the spectral matching degree of the simulated sunlight illumination.Finally,by designing a variety of monochromatic LED spectrum synthesis experiments,we compared the measured synthetic spectrum and solar spectrum of 17 monochrome LEDs with different wavelengths.Further verification the feasibility of the LED full spectrum synthesis method is studied in this paper,and it has a guiding role in the realization of the project.
