As a widely used clean energy,electric power is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Industrial production,commercial services and residents' lives are inseparable from stable power supply.Therefore,the electric power industry is an important basic industry and social public utilities.With the deepening of electric power reform,the market-oriented scale of electric power trading continues to expand,the price mechanism is further straightened out,and the level of energy supervision and service is constantly improving.This series of changes means that the competition in the energy market is intensified,the profit space of power grid enterprises is reduced,the service requirements are higher,and the supervision and management are more strict.In order to adapt to the rapidly changing external environment,ensure the stability of business services,promote the standardization of decision-making,and reduce the risk to an acceptable level,power grid enterprises need to strengthen internal control,through the establishment of a complete internal control system to enhance the risk prevention and control ability of enterprises,improve the efficiency of organizational operation,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the company.Z company is a prefecture level branch of power grid enterprise.This paper takes Z Company as the research object to analyze the internal control of power marketing business.First of all,it introduces the pressure Z company is facing and the urgent need to improve internal control.Then,it combs the related theories and literature of internal control,summarizes the role and influencing factors of internal control,and focuses on the literature of internal control achievements and experience of power enterprises.Then through internal interviews,data collection,field observation to grasp the real information,for Z company's actual internal control situation analysis.Finally,the optimization measures are put forward.Through the research,it is found that the internal control of power marketing business of Z company operates well,the control measures are detailed,and the supervision mechanism is perfect,but there are still problems such as the personnel and post are not suitable after the Department adjustment,the risk assessment is not accurate,and the control measures are not implemented in place,etc.,and corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward for this situation.
