In recent years,with the rapid development of aerospace technology in China,the demand for titanium alloy sheet metal parts is increasing year by year,at the same time,it also puts forward higher and higher requirements for titanium alloy sheet metal forming equipment.Titanium alloys have low plasticity and high deformation resilience at room temperature,so titanium alloy sheet metal parts of the processing method is generally used for the working temperature of 400~800℃ hot stamping forming.At present,the supporting equipment of titanium alloy hot forming production line in domestic aviation enterprises is not complete,the high temperature mold can not be replace in time after processing completed a batch of titanium alloy parts,but replace the high temperature mold artificially after cooling the high temperature mold,resulting in the introduction of heavy cost of hot forming machine equipment low utilization,and there is still a big gap between the expected production efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,a high temperature rapid die changing mechanism for hot forming of titanium alloy with high degree of automation is proposed in this paper.The high temperature rapid die changing mechanism in this paper includes a new type of high temperature resistant circular eccentric clamping mechanism and high temperature die changing car.The design and calculation of the whole structure of the high temperature die changing vehicle are carried out in detail,including telescopic mechanism,clamping mechanism,lifting mechanism and rotary mechanism of clamping arm,and the transmission and driving mechanism in each moving mechanism are calculated and selected in detail.These four motion mechanism can help the clamping arm to complete the telescopic,clamping and relaxing,lifting and rotating movements,realizing the reliable replacement of high temperature die.Different thickness heat insulation materials are selected for the electronic components in the high temperature mold changing vehicle to ensure the reliability of the high temperature mold changing vehicle at high temperature.The thermal-structural coupling analysis of the clamping arm is carried out to verify the rationality of its structural design.The high temperature rapid die changing mechanism in this paper includes a new type of high temperature resistant circular eccentric clamping mechanism and high temperature die changing car.According to the die fixing requirements in titanium alloy hot forming production line,a new type of high temperature resistant circular eccentric clamping mechanism is designed,which is used to replace the bolt compression plate clamping mechanism at present.The working principle of the circular eccentric clamping mechanism is expounded,the eccentric wheel and clamping arm are designed and calculated in detail,the thermal-structural coupling analysis of the clamping arm is carried out,and the structure ofthe clamping arm is improved according to the analysis results.Finally,DELMIA software was used for motion simulation to verify the rationality of the design.
