In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation.Among them,vehicle transportation plays an important role in the transportation of hazardous materials because of its strong mobility and flexibility.However,the nature of hazardous chemicals materials is flammable and explosive.The risk assessment of hazardous chemicals vehicles is different from that ordinary vehicles.Hazardous chemicals transportation accidents have the characteristics of "low probability,high risk".Once an accident occurs,it will not only cause long-term and hard to repair impact on the environment,but also easily cause major casualties and directly produce huge economic losses.Therefore,the reasonable planning of the transportation route of hazardous chemical vehicles is one of the effective measures to reduce the risk.In this paper,aiming at the risk assessment and multiple-depot problem of hazardous chemicals materials vehicle transportation,the method of hazardous chemicals materials vehicle route planning is studied.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper presents vehicle transportation route planning for hazardous chemicals based on dynamic domino risk.At present,the optimization decision for the transportation route of hazardous chemicals vehicles is based on the risk of traffic accidents,ignoring the risk differences of hazardous chemicals vehicles due to different transportation materials and quantities.The accident consequence only considers one accident consequence,but seldom considers the secondary accident consequence such as explosion and fire.The model considers the risk of the secondary accident risk and the domino accident risk of the surrounding dangerous sources and makes the risk assessment more comprehensive in the transportation process.Finally,the ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the route planning model.The experimental results verify that the model can obtain the route planning results with lower accident risk.(2)This paper presents multiple-depot uncertainty route planning for hazardous chemicals based on the theory of type-2 fuzzy variable.At present,most researches regard risk value as deterministic data.Due to the lack of historical data and the change of real environment,it is difficult to obtain the accurate value of risk impact parameters,which will lead to great deviation from the change of real data.Therefore,on the basis of the traditional multiple-depot route planning for hazardous chemicals planning model,considering the uncertainty of population density in the surrounding environment.Using type-2 fuzzy of Gaussian variable is adopted to describe population density,which makes the model more consistent with the practical significance.A simulated annealing algorithm with variable neighborhood search is designed to solve the model,which is verified by a simulation example and the sensitivity analysis of the experimental value of the model is carried out.The simulation results show the method has strong robustness.
