Hazardous materials have great application potential in the national economy,and their extensive use has brought more and more risk while promoting the economic development,which has caused widespread concern.With the increasing demand around the world,the issue of route optimization of hazardous materials road transportation has become a hot spot.Although the probability of an accident is extremely low,the consequence could be catastrophic which means more actual factors should be taken into account to reduce the risk.Due to road transportation of hazardous materials has uncertainty attribute,domestic research starts first time step lately on the uncertainty theory?investment input is low?research foundation is weak,especially there is a large gap on the research of the combination between uncertain theory and hazardous materials road transportation compared with the study abroad.Therefore,it is urgent and important to carry out the reseach on route optimization of road transportation for hazardous materials in uncertain environment.Researchers all over the world mainly focus their eyes on the study in the deterministic environment,the application of uncertainty theory on the transportation of hazardous materials is inadequate.When designning algorithm,although genetic algorithm has been prosperously applied to hazardous materials transportation domain,due to hazardous materials have unique character,simple genetic algorithm is no longer meet the needs of system optimization.Therefore,it is very meaningful to study the route optimization problem of road transportation for hazardous materials in uncertain environment.This paper focuses on the multiple link of hazardous materials transportation,and the purpose lies in how to reduce the risk on vehicle routing optimization ? logistics center location selection?routing selection?distribution optimization application scenario,consider reducing the number of people affected as a major factor,reduce the risk while providing decision makers with a variety of options.The research contents are consisted of:(1)Vehicles routing optimization model of road transportation for hazardous materials in fuzzy environment.In view of the deterministic environment of road transportation for hazardous materials vehicle routing optimization problem,adopt uncertainty theory for the transportation time and the number of people affected to be fuzzied,this method includes multi-constraintmathematical modeling?the calculation of credibility measure and so on,designs the flow process of hybrid intelligence algorithm,provides a solution to improve the customer satisfaction,and verifies uncertainty theory can solve the problem of road transportation for hazardous materials optimization to reduce risk.(2)The location model of logistics center of road transportation for hazardous materials in fuzzy environment.Under the idea that uncertainty theory can lower the total risk of hazardous materials transportation,further design how to evaluate accident probability on road transportation,that is,use negative binomial regression model and fuzzy logic model to complete the final accident probability.Apply it to the logistics center location,complete single logistics center and multiple logistics centers location selection,design intelligent algorithm intergrating the biological immune algorithm and fuzzy simulation algorithm,and verify its convergence.(3)Routing selection model of road transportation for hazardous materials in fuzzy random environment.Referring the value-at-risk model in financial filed,put forward the modified value-at-risk model using chance measure-ChVaR model,present the main properties of the model.On this basis,this paper builds a bi-objective optimization model of road transportation for hazardous materials,which is the minimum risk and transportation costs.Use the K-shortest algorithm and the fuzzy random simulation algorithm to design hybrid intelligent algorithm then judge the convergence,study the space section law of screening for hazardous materials in uncertain environment,confirm the reasonable path.(4)Distribution optimization model of road transportation for hazardous materials in fuzzy random environment.Using the risk information of road transportation in uncertain environment,come up with the many-to-one distribution pattern between customers and logistics centers,take the distribution number as research object,establish dual goal model of road transportation for hazardous materials in uncertainty environment,analyze and processe expectation model and arbitrary chance measure model,respectively.Design and verify the corresponding hybrid intelligent algorithm,provide the best distribution solution of road transportation for hazardous materials for decision makers of the system.
