In the cold winter and the beginning of spring,rain and snow will have a significant impact on the flight of the aircraft.Many passengers have a deep memory of the impact of flight delays in severe weather.In snowy weather,the runway pavement of the airport will freeze,which is not conducive to the take-off of the aircraft,and the aircraft's fuselage will also freeze.The aircraft is flying with the ice and snow in the fuselage,which is prone to accidents and serious May endanger the lives of passengers.Most of the current de-icing methods are mainly spraying de-icing liquid.The chemical method of deicing will cause the road surface of the aircraft fuselage to corrode and pollute the surrounding environment.This method will be gradually eliminated.Steam jet aircraft de-icing technology is a new type of de-icing technology,which has the function of environmental protection in universities.This article is about de-icing aircraft with steam.The thesis expounds the general structure and working principle of the steam jet aircraft deicing vehicle,theoretically studies and analyzes the process of deicing by using the steam jet technology,and studies the relevant calculation of the steam generating device required for deicing The establishment of a suitable steam generator.Jet nozzle is an important component of the whole high-temperature and high-speed steam jet de-icing system.Fluent software is used to perform a simulation test on a single nozzle.By analyzing the temperature cloud diagram and velocity cloud diagram,and the velocity change diagram at the nozzle outlet,etc.,from four types of nozzles,Cone straight nozzles were selected as the jet nozzles,and the structural size parameters of the single nozzle were established by orthogonal optimization method.The single-nozzle de-icing area is limited during aircraft de-icing operations,so multi-nozzle nozzles are used for de-icing.The first is to analyze the odd and even number of nozzles on a flat spray surface.The second is to analyze the odd and even numbers of three-arc nozzles and the odd and even numbers of four-arc nozzles to perform simulation analysis to determine the optimal nozzle arrangement.And spray surface shape.Finally,in order to verify the function of the aircraft deicing vehicle,an aircraft deicing experimental platform was set up.The deicing performance of the deicing vehicle will be tested under different experimental conditions to verify whether the aircraft deicing vehicle can freeze the wings within 5 minutes.Exclude.
