In recent years,frequent ice and snow frosts and bad weather have caused great threats to the safety of air traffic and transportation.The timely removal of ice on the surface of aircraft is important for ensuring the safety of space flight.Professional and efficient aircraft de-icing in the aviation field.Technology is indispensable.At present,internationally,aircraft de-icing is commonly used to implement deicing methods by spraying de-icing fluids on aircraft deicing vehicles.There are huge problems in deicing fluid consumption,high costs,and secondary water pollution.This article innovatively proposes a new type of steam microwave composite deicing method that combines direct deicing and indirect deicing methods.It has been proved by experiments that steam microwave composite deicing is a safe and effective environmental deicing method.This article has designed a set of implementation plans for the steam composite deicing method,and carried out a series of studies on the core device work boom system in the job execution system.Firstly,according to the development goals of the deicing vehicle and the microwave microwave de-icing vehicle's technical characteristics of the small and medium-sized aircrafts,the type-selection design of the aircraft de-icing operation execution system is carried out,and the requirements for the index,such as the space area and working height of the boom operation are proposed;The kinematic parameters of the boom system are mainly kinematic parameters;the kinematics modeling of the boom manipulator arm mechanism is studied using the DH coordinate modeling method,and the analytical solutions of the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics problems are deduced as the dynamics of the boom system.Analyze and implement its job tracking control to provide kinematics models;set up the dynamic model of the aircraft deicing vehicle manipulator arm,determine the dynamic equations of each arm movement,and import the model to the ADAMS dynamics module to perform the boom operation process.Dynamic simulation analysis,determine the thrust parameters of the hydraulic system,and complete the matching design of the hydraulic system.Finally,the finite element model of the deicing arm of the aircraft is established,and the static and modal analysis of the boom is performed.The modal analysis of the boom is performed to obtain the sixth-order elastic mode of the boom.The frequency and mode shape of the boom are analyzed.Based on the mechanical analysis of the basic design dimensions,the key dimension parameter modeling and optimization analysis are performed to meet the lightweight design and strength requirements.The energy consumption levels of the hydraulic system before and after the optimization are compared through the dynamic analysis module of ADAMS.The typical boom dynamic analysis and parameter optimization models involved in this paper have certain versatility and can be used to analyze similar large boom structures and their optimization processes.
