Surface functional structure manufacturing is an emerging interdisciplinary research area developed in the past 30 years.In the 21 st century,the energy crisis and environmental pollution problems that human beings is facing have become increasingly prominent.The study of surface functional structure has become a research hotspot in many disciplines at home and abroad.Surface functional structure manufacturing is to manufacture structures with various morphologies,different dimensions,different dimensions and different functions on the surface of objects to make the surface have better tribological properties.Surface wettability determines the state of contact between solid surface and fluid,which in turn affects the friction coefficient of surface texture.The dynamic pressure lubrication characteristics under lubrication improve the tribological properties of the solid surface,and the droplets on the high temperature textured surface.These tribological issues such as self-propelling characteristics have been unfolded in academia,and more and more phenomena and conclusions have been revealed and proposed.Nevertheless,due to the diversification of industrial application environments,the effect of texture on surface wettability and parameterization the mechanism of the dynamic pressure effect of the texture and the drag reduction characteristics of the texture under the effect of temperature need further exploration and research.Therefore,the work done in this article is as follows:1)In order to explore the effect of the texture on the wettability of the surface,a special APP was developed and developed using the model builder of COMSOL Multiphysics software,direct embedded within the control equations,physical field,boundary conditions,simulation essential factor,the user can directly input to study numerical parameters,can be run directly to the simulation results.Research results using this app show: A rectangle texture with a width of 0.5mm and an interval of 1mm is machined on the surface of the wetting wall.The contact Angle and the texture depth of the wetting wall are variables.The research finds that there is a contact Angle of thewetting wall.The deeper the texture,the greater the critical value.2)In the aluminum alloy surface processing stripes and mesh texture,soaked in oil pin-plate of tribology experiments of grinding,the experimental results showed that: in aluminium alloy surface is smooth and with the texture of the aluminum alloy specimen,pin-disc for grinding experiment,experiment shows that the surface with a texture has a great influence on the dynamic pressure lubrication characteristics,has smaller friction coefficient and higher wear resistance.The friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the depth parameter h of the striated texture.The deeper the depth,the better the dynamic pressure lubrication effect and the higher the wear resistance.For the mesh texture,the friction coefficient is affected by the coupling effect of the single texture area Ss and the distance Tf0 between the wear pin surface and the upper surface of the sample,while the included angle of the texture(?)directly affects Ss.When ? =30deg,the coupling effect is the best,with both smaller friction coefficient and higher wear resistance.3)Micro-channel model is established to study the tribological phenomena and characteristics of high-temperature wall,respectively,set up a smooth surface and a surface with a rectangular texture of the high temperature,the simulation results show that when water flows through high temperature wall,wall is formed vapor film that separate liquid and solid surface.It makes the fluid-solid contact become gas-solid contact so as to reduce friction,and with the increase of temperature,the coefficient of friction is smaller,with a rectangular texture surface friction is smaller than the smooth surface.There is a critical initial velocity value,so that when the initial velocity of the inlet is greater than the value,the average velocity of the outflow will be less than the initial velocity of the inflow.When it is less than the value,the average velocity of the outflow is greater than the initial velocity of the inflow.The depth of the texture has little influence on the critical initial velocity,and the critical initial velocity increases with the increase of the temperature.
