The electromagnetic radiation interference in electric vehicle mainly comes from the motor drive system,which has large interference energy,wide frequency band and endangers human health,and becomes the biggest obstacle for electric vehicle to meet the relevant electromagnetic compatibility standards.During the driving process of electric vehicles,due to the influence of road environment factors,the electromagnetic radiation interference is different from the measured value under the traditional detection mode.In this paper,the process and data of electromagnetic radiation interference produced by the power cable of the driving system of electric vehicle under driving condition are modeled and simulated.On this basis,the degree of the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the human body in the vehicle is analyzed.The main research works are as followed:Firstly,this paper analyzes the driving behavior of electric vehicles and the influence of road environment on the change of electromagnetic radiation in the vehicle.Based on the dynamic balance analysis of electric vehicle in driving state,the time series of vehicle speed is transformed into the rotating speed of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and the permanent magnet synchronous motor model of electric vehicle driving system is constructed by vector control principle.The model is applied to simulate the operation of electric vehicle in typical driving conditions,and the accuracy of the model is verified by characteristic analysis,and the speed time series is extracted.The current data of power cable excited by electromagnetic radiation is generated inside the electric vehicle.Secondly,the grid division model and power cable model of electric vehicle are established by using the electromagnetic simulation software,and the electromagnetic environment model of the whole vehicle with power cable as the interference source is constructed.The current data of DC side and AC side of power cable are used as the excitation source respectively,and the electromagnetic field distribution in the vehicle under the three typical working conditions of acceleration,uniform speed and deceleration is simulated that the cause and trend of the change of electromagnetic radiation in electric vehicle under driving condition are analyzed.Finally,the safety of electromagnetic radiation to the driver in the vehicle is studied.The human body model in the vehicle is established,and the DC side of the power cable is used as the interference source to simulate and analyze the specific absorption rate of human tissues and organs in the electromagnetic environment of the vehicle;through the comparative test,the influence degree and difference of electromagnetic radiation on human tissues and organs in the electromagnetic environment are analyzed.
