With the continuous reform of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings have received more attention.Due to the features of prefabricated components and assembly of prefabricated buildings,traditional schedule management methods are gradually unable to meet the flexibility and adaptability requirements of prefabricated building schedule management,which hinders the development of prefabricated buildings to some extent.Therefore,the study of improving the schedule management model plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.Based on the relevant theories of prefabricated construction,agile project management,and schedule management,this thesis proposes the concept of the full life cycle of prefabricated construction.Through the analytic hierarchy process,main factor affecting the progress management of the full life cycle of the prefabricated building is the unreasonable schedule management method.Therefore,this thesis introduces agile project management to try to solve the problem of unreasonable schedule management methods.Then it analyzes from theory,personnel and software that the combination of BIM-based assembly life cycle progress management and agile project management is feasible.And it also proposes a BIM-based agile schedule management model of the life cycle of prefabricated buildings.This model formed an agile team,based on BIM building information,and used agile meetings to apply the management ideas of rapid response to problems and iterative incremental solutions to the progress management of prefabricated buildings,which optimizes the progress management.At the same time,this thesis explores the specific application of agile project management in progress management in each stage of the life cycle.Finally,in the case analysis,the cost and progress of the life cycle agile schedule management model of the prefabricated building based on BIM are compared with the traditional model.The results show that the model can optimize the progress management to a certain extent,and provide a new management idea for the progress managers of prefabricated buildings.
