At present,the advantages of the assembly-type construction project in terms of saving time are still not fully reflected.This directly affects the economic benefits of prefabricated construction projects.The factors affecting the progress are still unclear,and the existing progress management technology has limitations and other statuses,which has caused this problem to plague the assembly-building industry.Therefore,this paper proposes to systematically study the factors affecting the progress of the assembly-type construction project.Apply the advantages of BIM and RFID technology to a prefabricated building project and build a progress management system.It aims to improve the progress management level of the prefabricated construction proj ect and reduce the risk of delay in construction duration.First of all,based on the literature research,the preliminary identification of the factors affecting the progress of the project.Screening out targeted influencing factors based on process analysis.The index system of the influencing factors of the progress of the prefabricated building project was constructed,which included 24 indicators under 7 dimensions.Established the DANP factor analysis model.Based on DEMATEL to clarify the causal relationship between dimensions.Improved the shortcomings of ANP algorithm in calculating the weight of factors affecting the progress of prefabricated building projects.The relationship between the factors is analyzed by the network diagram of the influencing factors.Seven key influencing factors were identified by the weight of each influencing factor.Secondly,this paper proposes the progress management needs of the prefabricated building project based on seven key influencing factors,analyzed the shortcomings of existing schedule management techniques,and summarize the application advantages of BIM and RFID technology in schedule management.Then,based on the theoretical basis and technical basis of the above research,a prefabricated construction project schedule system was constructed.Through the analysis of information needs,functional requirements,management processes,and data processes,the overall architecture of the system is constructed.And the application module and application interface of the system are designed.Finally,through the case study,the application effect of the system is analyzed.In order to realize the effective application of the system,the application suggestions of the system are proposed from three aspects.The research results show that the research method of this paper can effectively improve the level of progress management,reduce the risk of delay in construction period,and achieve the research purpose.This article has the following innovations:The construction of the influencing factors indicator system and the identification of the key influencing factors provide a theoretical basis for the progress management of the prefabricated building project.Therefore,it is possible to solve the problem of delay in the prefabricated building more precisely based on the key points.The progress management system based on BIM and RFID makes the research on the progress management of the prefabricated building project not only limited to the optimization of the schedule model,but also uses the information technology in the engineering practice to improve the fineness and granularity of the progress management.The system also provides a foundational solution for big data collection feedback calculations.
