| As a new type of engineering construction mode,prefabricated construction has good environmental protection performance,and compared with traditional buildings,it has better performance in energy conservation and emission reduction.The characteristics of modular design and standardized production make the prefabricated building have the advantages of short construction period,low cost and high efficiency,which inject strong vitality into the development of the construction industry.At present,China's assembly construction enterprises are in the initial stage of development,lack of advanced management concepts and experience,so it is urgent to strengthen the ability of enterprise cost control and improve the business efficiency.This paper analyzed the cost composition and characteristics of the assembly construction industry,combining the research results of domestic and foreign engineering cost management theory.This paper puts forward the cost control scheme of assembly construction enterprise which takes project cost management as the core,which is combined with the existing problems of assembly construction cost management.Through the test in H company,it is proved that the project cost management method is suitable for assembly construction enterprises,and the implementation of project cost management can effectively reduce the cost of enterprises,improve economic efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The modular prefabricated construction enterprises have the dual characteristics of manufacturing enterprises and construction enterprises.In theory,this paper provides a new analysis and research mode for them.In addition,it also provides the optimal scheme of cost control measures for this type of enterprises.In view of the importance of cost control in assembly construction industry,this paper makes a detailed description,hoping that it will be helpful for cost management and accounting in assembly construction enterprises. |
