Through the structural optimal design,advanced technology and light material applications,and considering three factors-performance,quality and cost,the optimal lightweight of structure was realized and economic efficiency was maximized.With the continuous consumption and shortage of global energy,through the lightweight design to improve the utilization of washing machine materials and optimize its structural performance,the development of washing machine moving in the green guide,and energy saving and intelligent direction has far-reaching practical significance.The main contents of this paper were as follows:Firstly,the finite element model of an inner tub was created by using 3D modeling technology in Solidworks software and Ansys software.The stress and deformation of the inner tub under high speed dehydration state were analyzed.Its dynamic characteristic was analyzed,and then obtained its low-order natural frequency and vibration.Secondly,by analyzing static and dynamic structure characteristic of the inner tub,the result was that its structure can be optimized and improved.Therefore,it was decided to optimize the size of the inner tub.A parametric model including the key dimensions of the inner tub was created for the sensitivity analysis of these dimensions.The analysis was used to select design variables,which was important for reducing the quality of the inner tub as the objective function.The response surface method was introduced into the optimal design of the washing machine.A response surface model was established,the inner tub was optimized by optimization module of the finite element analysis software,and then the results of optimization were compared with the initial state.Thirdly,in order to find a better optimization result,combined with simulated annealing and genetic algorithm,a new improved genetic-simulated annealing algorithm was proposed.The algorithm was used to optimize the inner barrel model.And the response surface of the optimization results were compared,the validity and feasibility of the optimization algorithm were verified.Finally,the change of the internal flow field and the washing effect on the laundry were studied by fluent fluid analysis software,which was of great reference value for the further study of the flow field inside the washing machine.
