As the only way for the transformation and reform of the construction industry, prefabricated buildings have produced good benefits to the national economy, environment and society while saving costs.Under the background of China’s steady promotion of "carbon neutrality and carbon peaking",the development of this green and high-quality construction method meets the target needs of the construction industry for industrialization reform, lowcarbon transformation and intelligent transformation. The prefabricated shear wall is an important components structural form in the assembled building system. The connection measures at the joints between the walls control the overall structural quality of the wall, which will directly affect the seismic performance of the building structure. Therefore,in order to ensure that the connection structure is reliable in force, controllable in quality, easy to manufacture and construct,so that the assembled shear wall structure and the cast-in-place structure have the same seismic performance, the connection structure at the joint needs to be given special attention.Based on the above situation, this paper proposes a new type of prefabricated shear wall structure with horizontal joints, which simplifies the construction method of horizontal joints and improves the construction efficiency. The main work and research results are as follows:(1)In this paper,a total of three shear wall specimens with a shear span ratio of 1.0 were designed, including one reinforced concrete shear wall RC-1 specimen and two assembled shear wall PC-1 and PC-2 specimens with horizontal joints. The difference between the two is that the treatment form of the joint interface is different. The PC-1 specimen is the exposed material interface, and the PC-2 specimen is a smooth interface.Through the quasi-static test, the bearing capacity, ductility, stiffness degradation trend, energy dissipation capacity and failure mode are obtained. The test results show that compared with RC-1 specimen, the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of PC-1 specimen are increased by 0.90%and 0.96% respectively, but the ductility is decreased by 1.67%.Compared with PC-2specimens,the bearing capacity, ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity of PC-1specimens increased by 10.73%,0.57% and 2.94%,the seismic performance of the prefabricated shear wall specimens is similar to that of the reinforced concrete shear wall.(2)The RC-1 specimen is mainly flexural failure, and the PC-1 and PC-2 specimens are mainly flexural-shear failure. The failure modes of the three types of shear walls are relatively close. Before the yield of PC-1 and PC-2 specimens,a small horizontal crack appeared at the joint of about 210 mm from the upper surface of the ground beam. When the load reached the peak value, the crack width did not increase significantly, indicating that the new connection method could effectively transfer the load. The connection between the precast wall and the post-cast joint was reliable and the integrity was good.(3)The calculation formula of inclined section bearing capacity of assembled shear wall with horizontal joints is established. The error between the calculated results and the experimental results is about 1.55%.The two results are in good agreement.(4)The finite element analysis of the assembled shear wall with horizontal joints was carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software. The hysteresis characteristics and the stress and strain contours of each part in different stress stages were obtained. The failure mechanism was analyzed and compared with the experimental results. The reliability of the numerical model was verified.Based on the above research, the seismic performance of the assembled shear wall with horizontal joints under different parameters is obtained by changing the axial compression ratio and shear span ratio. The results show that the shear span ratio and axial compression ratio have a great influence on the seismic performance of prefabricated shear walls with horizontal joints. With the increase of axial compression ratio, the bearing capacity of the specimen is obviously improved, but the stiffness degradation is accelerated in the later stage. With the increase of shear span ratio, the bearing capacity of the specimen decreases, but the deformation capacity increases in the later stage. In this paper,a new type of prefabricated shear wall structure with horizontal joints is proposed, which enriches the design idea of the assembled shear wall structure, which provides a certain reference for future engineering applications.
