Research On Evaluation System Of Vehicle Speed Control In Urban Expressway

In megacities or large cities,urban expressways bring many conveniences for residents to travel,but as the speed of accidents on the expressway continues to rise,their safety issues are also receiving increasing attention.Accidents on the express road will also increase the congestion of the entire city and reduce the efficient and convenient function of the expressway.By studying the speed control standard of expressway,it is possible to provide certain guidance for urban traffic managers to take corresponding measures in a timely manner,and also to minimize or prevent accidents and reduce or alleviate traffic congestion.This paper studies the evaluation of fast road speed control from the aspects of definition,classification,quantification and application.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Analysis of factors affecting speed control of urban expresswayOn the basis of analyzing the traffic characteristics of urban expressway,the paper analyzes the basic data comprehensively and analyzes the influencing factors from various aspects,so as to obtain the main factors affecting the speed control of urban expressway.(2)Construction of evaluation index system for urban expressway speed controlOn the basis of the research on the influencing factors of urban expressway speed control,the appropriate evaluation indicators are selected to establish a scientific evaluation index system to reveal the change law of urban expressway speed,and the operational efficiency index and safety status index of urban expressway.The evaluation index system is constructed in terms of economic efficiency indicators and social benefit indicators.(3)Evaluation method and model construction of urban expressway speed controlCombined with the scientific evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation of urban expressway speed control standards is carried out.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the standard index of urban expressway speed control,using the matter-element extension theory,through the steps of constructing the classical domain and the domain matrix,the matter matrix to be evaluated,the correlation coefficient calculation and the comprehensive correlation degree calculation,The comprehensive evaluation of the fast road speed control standard yields the best speed limit standard.(4)Case analysisThis paper selects Hangzhou Rainbow Expressway as an example for analysis.Based on the introduction of the basic traffic conditions of Hangzhou Rainbow Expressway,combined with the relevant research theories of the paper,the comprehensive evaluation of Rainbow Road in Hangzhou is carried out,and the speed of Hangzhou Rainbow Expressway is proposed.The best standard for control.
