Reservoir dams across the riverbed are an important retaining building that optimizes water resource,it is an important engineering measure to control the time distribution of water resources.The river flood control system composed of reservoir dams and other buildings has played a huge role in irrigation?flood control and power generation,It is because of the dam that plays an increasingly important role on the social.economic?national life and so on,People also pay more attention to the safety of the dam.The safety situation of the dam is affected by many factors. How to make full use of the monitoring information of the dam and evaluate the safety condition of the dam effectively is an urgent problem to be solved in dam safety evaluation.Based on the theory of matter-element extension theory, this paper has improved the method of material-element extension for the limitation of the application of traditional matter-element evaluation model,and the improvement includes Point and interval distance and Rating calculation method.Based on the data of dam safety monitoring index and the characteristics of dam safety evaluation, the improved matter - element extension method is applied to the dam safety evaluation. The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index and the safety rating of the dam is Determined by contrast.The dam safety evaluation model based on improved matter element is constructed.In this paper, we choose the relative displacement?upstream and downstream water level?temperature as the evaluation index, combining the improved matter - element model of dam safety evaluation to evaluate The dam safety.And through the analysis and comparison of a variety of correlation function of the calculation results, a reasonable suitable for practical engineering applications associated with the function.In the actual operation of the dam, the safety status of the dam will change with the passage of time. Therefore, it is necessary not only to grasp the safety status of the dam, but also to understand the state of the dam for a certain period of time.Based on this, the BP neural network prediction model is used to establish the prediction model between dam displacement?water pressure?temperature and aging factor, and make the prediction of dam displacement.Based on the forecast data of dam displacement index, combined with the improved matter-element model of dam safety evaluation,the pre-evaluation of dam safety is realized.After the actual displacement value of the forecast period has been obtained, the dynamic equal dimension information is adopted, and the dynamic evaluation of the dam is realized by combining the BP neural network prediction model and the improved matter element evaluation model.
