Research On Quality Evaluation Of PC Components In Prefabricated Buildings

Under the development trend of building industrialization,the development and promotion of prefab building has received more and more attention and support,and has become a research hotspot in recent years.With the development of prefabricated building,the production quality of prefabricated building PC components has gradually entered the research field of vision.At present,China’s prefabricated building PC components production and management standards are insufficient,and the quality management system is still to be improved.The quality of PC components is greatly affected by the insufficient quality control in the production process.How to evaluate the production quality of PC components scientifically and effectively and ensure the production quality of PC components appear very meaningful.This study takes the production quality of prefabricated building PC components as the research object.According to the main technological process of PC component production at present,the principal component analysis method is adopted to identify the key production processes of PC components,and finally 11 key production processes of PC components are extracted.Secondly,the causal analysis method and 6M1E method were used to analyze the key production process of each PC component,and a total of 34 factors affecting the production quality of PC components were extracted.Thirdly,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of criterion layer,index layer and comprehensive weight of factors affecting production quality of PC component of prefabricated building.Finally,the production quality evaluation index system of prefabricated building PC components is established.Based on the production quality evaluation index system of prefabricated building PC components,a production quality evaluation index model of prefabricated building PC components was established.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the production quality of PC components in Zhejiang ZMZY Company.According to the data and results of the evaluation process,the causes of potential defects in the production quality of PC components in Zhejiang ZMZY Company were analyzed,and the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the production quality were put forward.The research has some practical significance for improving the production quality of PREfabricated building PC components and provides some ideas for reference for government authorities or industry associations to conduct industry supervision and standardization.
