Study On Parking Ratio And Particularity Of Underground Garage In Hangzhou Old-Age Facilities

Based on the investigation research,this thesis studied the parking ratio and particularity of underground garage in Hangzhou old-age facilities.The thesis is composed of four parts:Firstly,from the background of population aging and the increase of motor vehicles,the relevant policies and norms are analyzed,so as to establish the research contents and objectives.Then,through questionnaires and field study,the status quo of old-age facilities in Hangzhou is analyzed,and the basic conclusions are derived.Then,the reference standards,parking demand and construction principle of underground garage in old-age facilities are studied,and the standard of the parking ration of underground garage in Hangzhou old-age facilities is obtained and verified by actual cases.Finally,based on the physiological and psychological characteristics and special needs of the elderly,the design principles of the underground garage in old-age facilities are established,and the specific design is analyzed in detail.Through the study on the parking ratio and particularity of underground garage in Hangzhou old-age facilities,the matching parking ratio of underground garage in old-age facilities(in institution and at home)were found;the design principle of underground garage in old-age facilities was established,and the specific construction guidance was put forward.The research methods for obtaining parking ratio standards through investigation and analysis also provide a new research tool for similar research.
