Switching power supply with rectifier-filter circuit is widely used in power elect ronic equipment.In order to improve the Power quality of the Power grid and trans mission lines,to satisfy the requirements of the Total Harmonic Distortion(THD)of the input current,and to improve the Power Factor(PF)of the equipment,the Act ive Power Factor Correction(APFC)circuit should be added to the switching Power supply.Along with the advance of integrated circuit technology,Digital controller s uch as Digital Signal Processor(Digital Signal Processor,DSP),microcontroller and Field Programmable logic Array(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)has been widely used in APFC,however,Digital APFC control algorithm development is diffi cult and time-consuming,hand-coded control algorithm development approach cannot satisfy the needs of the Digital APFC development,in order to adapt to the needs of the current industrial development,This Design adopts the Model Based Design(MBD)method to develop the single-phase digital Boost APFC converter.Based on the analysis of single-phase Boost APFC converter principle,the aver age current control Mode is adopted to circuit design,make the circuit work in con tinuous Conduction state(Continues Conduction Mode,CCM).Firstly,the main pow er circuit and signal detection circuit are designed.Secondly,the closed-loop controll er of the Boost converter is designed,anti-integration saturation and voltage feedfor ward algorithm are added,and the simulation model of the Boost APFC system is built with MATLAB software for circuit simulation analysis.Finally,combining with TMS320F28035 DSP chip,using the model based design(MBD)development appro ach to develop control algorithm,the Embedded MATLAB/Simulink Coder toolbox a s development tools.Code model was established based on Simulink graphical progr amming,then compile the generated C code into DSP,the generated code is tested for the software in the loop(SIL)and hardware in the loop(HIL).A prototype of single-phase Boost APFC was made and the PF value of 99.3%was obtained,whic h verified the correctness of the single-phase Boost APFC based on the model desig n.Figure[87]Table[5]Reference[84]...
