With the new trend of globalization of the world economy,China ’s investment system and pricing mechanism reform has entered deep-water areas.BIM technology,the Internet,and big data will have a greater impact on engineering consulting,design,construction,operation and maintenance.China ’s engineering cost specialty The field has expanded from traditional engineering quantity calculation and fixed-value settlement to new high-end service products such as full-process cost consulting,full life-cycle cost consulting,risk management,value management consulting,and investment strategic planning.The new economy and new industry have led to changes in the business scope and functions of engineering cost professionals,so they have higher requirements for their knowledge structure and ability standards.At present,the talent training of engineering cost majors in various universities is still mainly traditional.The direction of professional talent training is relatively single.The role of practical teaching has not been fully exerted.The quality of talent training is uneven,and the quality and ability of graduates can not fully adapt to market demand,it can be seen that according to the quality and ability requirements of future engineering cost talents,it is urgent to carry out engineering education transformation and upgrading based on changing needs and based on industrial adjustment.Therefore,from the perspective of evaluation and certification,this article explores the training model of engineering cost professionals on the basis of reference to the evaluation and certification standard system,with a view to cultivating professionals who meet market demand.This article clarifies the current status and existing deficiencies of engineering cost professional talent training in my country through a lot of reading and research on professional evaluation and certification,engineering cost professional talent training model,faculty construction,industry development trends and other related literature.In view of the problems existing in the process of talent training,this article takes the engineering management major closely related to the engineering cost major as an example.Compare and analyze the evaluation and certification indicators,clearly evaluate the impact of the certification indicators on the positioning andtraining mode of professional talents,and establish an index system suitable for professional evaluation and certification of engineering cost.At the same time,from the four aspects of professional evaluation and certification,engineering costing industry in recent years,the three driving forces of policy,market,and technology,the qualification system and the "1 + X" certification system,the requirements for professional talent training in the engineering cost consulting industry are studied.On this basis,explore the new "education certificate integration" and "double certificate integration" professional education models under the application of BIM technology,and study the integration of the content of professional qualification examinations such as registered cost engineers and registered consulting engineers(investments)into professional talent training programs.To build an engineering cost professional talent training system of “doctrine docking”.The article concludes with the analysis of the requirements of professional assessment.It analyzes the training plan for engineering cost professionals in four colleges,including Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,Xihua University,Fujian University of Technology,and Wuyi College.Training quality of engineering cost professionals in several colleges.In order to be able to cultivate excellent professionals,colleges and universities should clarify the objectives of talent training according to the certification standards,choose the appropriate training model,and strengthen the training of professional talents by enriching teaching content and improving teaching conditions.
