The overall level of economic and social development in China is gradually moving from high-speed development to high-quality development.In order to adapt to the fast-paced changes,the construction industry needs to be transformed,and prefabricated buildings are the inevitable choice for the transformation of the construction industry.Due to the popularization of information technology in innovation,it has played a positive role in the industrialization transformation.To sum up,the integration level of industrialization and informatization determines the development trend of building industrialization.Based on the summary and analysis of the research results of the integration of industrialization and informatization in recent years,this paper takes the integration of industrialization and informatization in the construction industry as the research object,and combines the characteristics and forms of industrial integration theory and integration of industrialization and informatization,to determine the integration foundation,technology integration,product integration as the first level indicators,industrialization foundation,informatization foundation,design standardization level,factory production level,assembly construction level The fusion level indicator system of 6 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators of building intelligence level.Based on the longitudinal data of 2011-2020 and the horizontal data of 2020,the empirical analysis is conducted,and the "entropy weight TOPSIS" model is used to calculate the data weight,carry out a comprehensive measurement,and find out the indicators with large obstacles in the measurement system for diagnosis.The research results show that:(1)From the perspective of vertical time series,in the process of integration of industrialization and informatization of the construction industry in the ten years from2011 to 2020,the level of factory production,assembly construction and building intelligence and the level of integration of industrialization and informatization of the construction industry show a trend of coordinated development,in which the level of factory production and building intelligence exceed the average,playing a role in driving the overall development and promoting the improvement of integration level.(2)Analyzing from the horizontal spatial sequence,through the measurement results,the integration level of the construction industry industrialization and informatization of 31 provinces in China in 2020 is divided into four levels: high,high,medium and low,and compared with the average measurement value,it can be concluded that the integration level of the construction industry industrialization and informatization of the provinces in China is low,and presents a trend of differences between the east and the west and the middle regions,as well as aggregation between the east and the west regions,At the same time,each region should pay attention to the improvement of technology integration and product integration to narrow the regional differences.(3)Based on the analysis of time and space measurement and obstacle degree results,combined with the development status quo of the integration of industrialization and informatization in the construction industry,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the integration level of industrialization and informatization in the construction industry from the aspects of strengthening information investment,strengthening the construction of industry talent team,improving the production efficiency of automated assembly line,optimizing the assembly construction site,intelligently adapting to the surrounding environment,and improving the quality of digital delivery.
